MeraFarm is a livestock farm management software subscription serving dairy and beef cattle, and goat farms across Pakistan. Our service includes:

• Cattle & Goat Herd Management — animal records, breeding and pregnancy tracking, valuation, and herd reporting for both cattle and goats.
• Vaccination & Deworming Tracking — per-animal vaccination schedules, reference guidance for common cattle and goat diseases, and automatic overdue alerts.
• Milking & Multi-Vendor Sales Management — daily milk production logging, per-vendor sales splits, and printable/WhatsApp-shareable sale invoices.
• Financial Management — expense and income tracking by category, full-history search, cost-per-liter calculation, and break-even/forecasting tools based on the farm's own historical data.
• Fodder Stock Management — automatic daily stock deduction based on usage, and low-stock alerts.
• Crop Planning & Production Guidance — crop-specific planning tools and a built-in agricultural reference guide covering land preparation, sowing, irrigation, fertilizer, and harvest for major crops.
• Wanda (Concentrate Feed) Formulation Calculator — nutrition-based feed mix calculation with ingredient inclusion limits and savable formulations.
• Alerts & Notifications — push notifications and WhatsApp-based reminders for overdue tasks, low stock, and subscription status.
• Data Backup & Restore — self-service export and restore of a farm's own data at any time.

This Privacy Policy explains what information MeraFarm collects, how it is used, and how it is protected.

Information We Collect

• Farm and owner details you provide at signup: farm name, owner name, phone number, email address, and farm address.
• Farm operational data you enter while using the app: animal records, milking records, financial entries, crop plans, vaccination records, and similar farm-management data.
• Photographs you choose to upload (e.g. of animals or support requests), stored via a third-party image hosting service.
• Approximate farm location, only if you choose to share it, used solely to show locally relevant weather information.
• Basic technical information needed to operate push notifications, if you choose to enable them.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the MeraFarm service for your farm.
• To send you alerts and reminders relevant to your own farm (e.g. vaccination due, low fodder stock, subscription status).
• To verify and process subscription payments.
• To provide customer support when you contact us.

How We Protect Your Information

• Your account PIN is stored using one-way industry-standard hashing — it is never stored or visible as plain text, including to us.
• Each farm's data is isolated from every other farm's data within our database.
• Login attempts are rate-limited to protect against unauthorized access attempts.
• We do not sell or rent your personal or farm data to third parties.

Data Retention & Your Control

You can export a complete copy of your own farm's data at any time from within the app. If you wish to have your data permanently deleted, contact us using the details below.

Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services strictly to operate core features: an image hosting service for photo uploads, a weather data provider for location-based forecasts, and a push-notification service if you choose to enable alerts. These providers only receive the minimum information needed to perform their function.

💰 Return / Refund Policy

MeraFarm is a software subscription service. As no physical goods are shipped, this policy covers subscription refunds only.

• 7-Day Refund Window: If you are not satisfied with your MeraFarm subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your payment date.
• After 7 Days: Subscription payments are non-refundable once the 7-day window has passed, including for any unused portion of the billing period.
• How to Request a Refund: Contact us using the details in the Contact section below, with your Farm ID and payment reference. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method (JazzCash/Easypaisa) and processed promptly.
• Free Trial: New farms receive a free trial period before any payment is required, allowing you to evaluate MeraFarm before committing to a paid subscription.

📜 Terms & Conditions

1. The Service

MeraFarm provides farm management software on a subscription basis. Each subscription covers one registered farm.

2. Subscription & Billing

After the free trial period ends, continued use of MeraFarm requires an active paid subscription. Subscription fees are charged on a recurring basis as described at the time of purchase. Non-payment after the trial or a paid period ends will result in restricted access until payment is confirmed.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your Farm ID and PIN confidential. MeraFarm is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by sharing or losing your login credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use MeraFarm only for lawful farm management purposes and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other farms' data.

5. Service Availability

We aim to keep MeraFarm available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect availability.

6. Informational Content Disclaimer

Reference content within MeraFarm (such as vaccination schedules, crop guidance, or feed formulation suggestions) is provided as general informational guidance only. It is not a substitute for advice from a qualified veterinarian or agricultural professional, and MeraFarm is not responsible for outcomes resulting from decisions made using this information.

7. Limitation of Liability

MeraFarm is provided on an "as-is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or the Refund Policy from time to time. Continued use of MeraFarm after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
